What we build

Can an outdoor kitchen sink stay connected all winter?
Only if it is designed to drain. We install an isolation valve inside the conditioned space and pitch the run so the whole thing empties from one point — otherwise you are relying on a mild winter every year.
Do I need a permit for an outdoor shower?
If it has a drain connection and a supply, yes, in every jurisdiction we serve. We pull it as part of the job.
Can you add gas to a fire pit that is already built?
Usually yes — it depends on the route and whether the existing meter and supply can carry the additional load. We calculate that before quoting.
