Commercial Drain Cleaning — Jetting & Cabling
A blocked line in a restaurant, a medical suite or a multifamily building is not an inconvenience, it is lost revenue and, sometimes, a health department problem. We carry both jetting and cabling equipment on every commercial call, because the right tool depends entirely on what is actually in the pipe.
Jetting and cabling — we do both
Cabling is fast and cost-effective, and it is the right call on a branch line, a solid obstruction, or a root intrusion that needs cutting back. Jetting puts high-pressure water down the line and scours the full pipe diameter, which is what a grease-coated kitchen main actually needs — a cable punches a hole through a grease plug and it reopens in a fortnight.
Most buildings need both across a year, and plenty of single jobs need a cable first to open the line and a jet afterwards to clean it properly. We turn up equipped for either rather than selling you the one we happen to have on the van.
Camera and mapping
On a building nobody has drawings for, we camera the lines and map them once. Every future call then starts from knowledge instead of guesswork, which is where most of the cost in commercial drain work actually sits.

Restaurants on a quarterly jetting schedule almost never have an emergency. We work outside trading hours and leave the kitchen clean.

Commercial Drain Cleaning — questions we get asked
Do you cable or jet a commercial line?
Both, and which one depends on what is in the pipe. Cabling is quicker and cheaper on a branch line, a solid obstruction or roots that need cutting. Jetting is what a grease-coated kitchen main needs. We carry both, and plenty of jobs use a cable to open the line and a jet to actually clean it.
How often should a restaurant jet its kitchen line?
Quarterly for a busy kitchen, twice a year for a lighter one. It is far cheaper than one emergency closure, and it is what we build into a preventive plan.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial drain work we prefer to — it costs a little more in labour and far less in disruption.
Do you handle multifamily stack blockages?
Yes. Stack work needs coordination with residents and access to multiple units; we plan the notices and the sequence with your property manager before the day.
