“Fantastic company! Jack was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong in great detail. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.”
Tenant Improvement Plumbing
Every upfit is a negotiation with a building that was designed for someone else. The stack is where it is, the slab is what it is, and the tenant wants a break room on the opposite side of the suite. What separates a good upfit bid from a bad one is how much of that is understood before the number is submitted.
Financing from Wisetack
Split a water heater, repipe or full remodel into predictable monthly payments. Instant decision, no hidden fees, no compounding interest. See how it works.
2-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Every repair, replacement and remodel we complete is backed in writing. If our workmanship fails, we come back and put it right at no charge. What's covered.
We walk it first
Existing conditions decide the price. We look at the available stacks and vents, the slab thickness and what is in it, the water service capacity and whether the existing assemblies are compliant — then bid what is actually there.
On the schedule
Underground before the pour, rough before the drywall, trim before the walk-through. We give durations, hold the dates, and tell you early if a fixture lead time is going to move one.
Through to CO
Permit, inspections and sign-off. Plumbing is a common reason a certificate of occupancy slips, and it is entirely avoidable with an inspection schedule that was booked rather than hoped for.
What's included
- Existing-conditions walk before bidding
- Break rooms, restrooms and ADA fixtures
- Core drilling and under-slab work
- ADA compliance built into the scope
- Scheduled to the General Contractor programme with durations
- Permits, inspections and CO sign-off
Tenant Improvement Plumbing — questions we get asked
How quickly can you turn around a bid?
Usually a few working days from the site walk on a typical suite. Send drawings ahead and we can often shorten that.
Do you work as a subcontractor to a General Contractor?
Yes, routinely. Licence, insurance certificates and W-9 go out the same day you ask for them.
What most often delays an upfit?
Fixture lead times and a rough inspection that was not booked early enough. We flag both at bid stage, which is the only point where they are cheap to solve.
