Grease Trap Installation & Replacement for Commercial Properties
We install and replace grease traps and interceptors. That is the whole scope — correctly sized for your fixture load, set to the local ordinance, permitted and inspected. We do not offer pumping or ongoing maintenance, and we will point you to a licensed grease hauler for that side of it.
Installation and replacement only
To be plain about it: we size, supply, install and replace grease traps and interceptors. We do not pump them and we do not run maintenance contracts. If you need routine pumping and a maintenance log for the inspector, a licensed grease hauler handles that — tell us and we will point you at one we trust.
Sizing it correctly the first time
An undersized trap will never pass, no matter how often it is pumped. We size against the actual fixture and equipment schedule, not against whatever was there before, and we tell you in writing what the calculation was.
New installations
Interior units under a three-compartment sink, or an exterior in-ground interceptor with the excavation, the inlet and outlet invert levels and the flow control fitting all set correctly. Permitted, inspected, and signed off before we hand it over.
Replacements
A cracked interceptor, a failed baffle wall, or a unit that was simply never big enough. We cut out the old one, correct the pipework it was fighting, and set the right unit — sequenced around your trading hours so the kitchen keeps running.

Grease Trap Installation & Replacement — questions we get asked
Do you pump or maintain grease traps?
No. We install and replace them, and that is deliberately the whole scope. Routine pumping and the maintenance log your inspector wants is a licensed grease hauler's job — ask us and we will point you to one.
How do you decide what size trap we need?
From your actual fixture and equipment schedule, not from what was there before. Plenty of the traps we replace failed because they were sized against the old kitchen. You get the calculation in writing with the quote.
Do you handle the permit and the inspection?
Yes — the permit is pulled in our name, the inspection is scheduled as part of the job, and the sign-off is handed to you at the end.
