How we work
Reliable plumbing should not be complicated. We answer the phone, give you a real arrival window, diagnose before we quote, and put a written price in front of you before anything starts. If a repair is the right answer, we repair it. If you are about to spend money on a system that is finished, we will tell you that instead — even though the smaller job is the one that pays us less today.
That is not a philosophy, it is just how a business survives 25 years on repeat customers and neighbours' recommendations rather than on advertising.
Licensed, insured, and inspected
We hold NC licence 34920 and SC licence RBP44457, and we carry general liability and workers' compensation cover. Every job that needs a permit gets one, and you get the inspection sign-off at the end — which is what a future buyer's home inspector will ask about.
What we do
Residential repairs and service calls, kitchen and bath remodels, custom home and new construction plumbing, and commercial maintenance and tenant upfits. Emergencies at any hour.
Brands we work with
We are trained on Moen and Flo by Moen, Navien and Rinnai tankless systems, Halo water treatment, and Bradford White water heaters — and we install and service every other major brand. It matters more than it sounds: manufacturer training is what decides whether a warranty claim three years from now is straightforward or a fight.
