“Fantastic company! Jack was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong in great detail. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.”
Remodel & Custom Build Plumbing in Indian Land
Indian Land remodels are mostly personalisation rather than repair — taking a house that was built to a builder spec and making it fit how you actually live. Upgrading a shower, adding a wet bar, converting a tub, putting a sink in the island.
Because the housing is new, there are rarely nasty surprises behind the wall. What there is instead is a builder rough-in that assumed you would never change anything, and that is what decides which changes are cheap.

Where we work in Indian Land
Sun City Carolina Lakes, Walnut Creek, Edgewater, Bridgemill and the Highway 521 corridor. Covering ZIP code 29707.
Financing from Wisetack

2-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Every repair, replacement and remodel we complete is backed in writing. If our workmanship fails, we come back and put it right at no charge. What's covered.
What we quote most here
Shower upgrades. Builder-grade valves will not feed a rain head plus a hand shower. Replacing the valve is part of the job, and it is what makes the difference between a new-looking shower and one that actually works well.
Tub-to-shower conversions. Straightforward in the same footprint, with a minor drain modification.
Island sinks and wet bars. Venting decides it, and slab construction changes the answer. We check before the cabinet order goes in.
Accessibility work. Common in Sun City Carolina Lakes — curbless showers, grab-bar blocking and comfort-height fixtures, all far cheaper built into a remodel than retrofitted later.
Permits
Lancaster County permits pulled, inspections scheduled, sign-off handed to you at the end.
What the housing here is like
One of the fastest-growing corridors in the region — almost entirely new construction, including a very large active-adult community with its own maintenance profile.

“This company was recommended by a neighbor and I could not be more happy with the service they provided! When we realized we had a semi serious water heater problem, Open Water Plumbing was very responsive, not only with calls and text to help me ensure the problem did not get worse but also made it a priority to get to our home to repair the issue the next day. I would happily use them again, and the price was extremely reasonable! 5 star!”
“Jacek installed my outdoor built in kitchen, unclogged my toilet (my daughter flushed down a plastic bottle) and he finished a couple other small jobs for me. He was always on time. Very easy to work with. Even if you think something is not possible, better call him first, I am pretty sure he will find the solution.”
Indian Land plumbing questions
Can you make our shower accessible?
Yes — curbless entry, grab-bar blocking and a hand shower on a slide bar. The drain and the framing have to be planned together, so it is decided before demolition rather than after.
Why does our new shower have weak pressure?
Usually a builder-grade valve that cannot supply the head that was fitted to it. Replacing the valve is normally the fix, and it is a bigger change than swapping the trim.
Do you pull Lancaster County permits?
Yes. We hold SC licence RBP44457 and handle the permit and inspections as part of the job.
